Andrew Cohen is a DeafBlind professional who works as a software engineer for the Vanguard Group, an investment company. He is a native Pennsylvanian who grew up in the Hearing world then eventually found his identity as Deaf and then DeafBlind.
Andrew cofounded the DeafBlind Camp of Texas and the DeafBlind Retreat of Arizona.
